You need a base no wider than 14 inches to match the seat without pulling the passenger seat too far forward and still have room for the little legs. FYI I went into a Toys R Us, measured a few, and actually tried a display unit in their parking lot before purchasing. I ended up with a $50 combo child seat (5 point harness)/booster seat which should provide years of use. I could look up the brand/model if you want. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Posted by Ray on 1999-08-11 09:17:46: In Reply to: Ray, I would like to know the brand and model if its not too much trouble. Thanks. posted by bsm on 1999-08-10 17:31:36 I got the Century Breverra Classic Booster Car Seat, for children 30-60 lbs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Posted later by SteveTT: I went shopping on the advice of another TT owner.. Looked at the Century Breverra Classic.. Good seat, but not much head support.. all in all it DOES fit perfectly in the back seat with enough room for both your child and passenger to ride comfortably.. BUT.. A new seat.. The Century Breverra ASCEND SE.. Wonderful.. Still has the same fit as the classic, but also has head blosters for when your child sacks out.. And it comes in Black fabric w/Faded silver starts down the middle.. Not only does it fit good but it matches the ebony interior perfectly.. My little man should enjoy my car as much as I do...
